Voltrush's Loyalty Rewards and VIP Tiers

How VoltRush Rewards Tiers Work

At Casino Voltrush, VoltRush Rewards is our loyalty program: we earn 1 loyalty point for every AUD 1 wagered on eligible games, and our progress moves us through tiers from Starter up to Black Ultimate. Instant Cashback is active from day one, at every tier, so a percentage of each real-money bet lands in our Rewards tab as cash with no extra wagering attached.

What Changes As We Climb

As we move up, the perks stack. Every new tier unlocks a Level-Up Cash reward, scaling from AUD 5 at Copper, AUD 20 at Bronze, AUD 50 at Silver and AUD 100 at Gold, up to AUD 750 at Diamond, AUD 5,000 at Black, AUD 10,000 at Black Ultra and AUD 25,000 at Black Ultimate. The higher tiers also add a Daily Bonus and Weekly Cashback on top of the Instant Cashback we already earn from the start.

From Platinum, we get a dedicated VIP host, and the Black tiers come with exclusive events. We can track where our points sit and what is coming next from inside our account, alongside the bonus progress tracker that covers our other active offers.

Climbing the Ladder and Collecting Rewards

Reaching a new tier in VoltRush Rewards is purely a matter of wagering: every AUD 1 staked on eligible games adds 1 loyalty point, and enough points carry us past the current threshold into the next level. There is no separate sign-up step for this, and the cashback we earn along the way never adds extra wagering requirements on top.

Beyond the tier ladder itself, we also get access to free spins credited every Thursday if we are active and eligible, plus casino tournaments where eligible games are scored by biggest win multiplier, most spins or total wagers, with prizes credited automatically once the leaderboard closes. These sit alongside the Level-Up Cash we collect at each new tier, giving us more than one way to pick up extra value while we keep playing.

Our account keeps a running record of cashback and level-up cash in the Rewards tab, so checking our standing takes seconds rather than a message to support.

VIP Tier Rewards at a Glance

The table below sets out the Level-Up Cash we receive at each VoltRush Rewards tier, along with the extra perks that unlock along the way.

The gap between tiers widens near the top, which reflects how much more Level-Up Cash and how many more perks are packed into the Black tiers compared to the entry levels.
